We understand that <br />additional mechanical or electrical penetrations have been made recently. The following "punch <br />list" items werc noted: At the roof top unit, grid E-5 (MIC EF-6), there is an electrical <br />penetration (lead pipe) that need: to be sealed off at it's top, and along grid line D, there aze <br />seven of them needing the same work, and one new lead pipe flashing at the satellite dish <br />mounting mast needs tn be completely flashed to the roof inembrane. And at grid C-2 there aze <br />2 more elec. pems. that aze not sealed at the top of the pipe top. <br />At the primary drain at grid E-2, there aze two slit downs in the cap sheet that should have <br />some fibered roof cement worked into them. <br />There are two side lap seams in the cap sheet work that aze loose, needing cementing, at <br />about grid D.5-1 to 1.5, starGing at the north wall count seams out to seazns #14 and 15. <br />Regazding the ponding water at the grid C-5 drains, please refer to the attached copy of a <br />page from the Malazkey manual titled "General Specificarion Requirements", pazagraph no. B.9: <br />drainage,last sentence. <br />Based on the Malazkey specification, it appeazs that the ponding water may affect the <br />wazranty. Clarification from the manufacturer is required.
