This correspondence is being directed te you either in your capacity as an owner of interest and/or having a secured interest in the subject property. In accorc'mce with RCW 64.40 and WAC 246-205 (copie; enclosed), the Health District is responsible for implementing certain requirements concerning the posting, assessment and contamination reduction of property used for the manufacmre of a controlled substance. Specifically, the intent of this order is to advise you that rooms 129, 226, and 241 in which the drug manufacturing occurred are oeclared unfit for use.
