This correspondence is being directed te you either in your capacity as an <br /> owner of interest and/or having a secured interest in the subject property. <br /> In accorc'mce with RCW 64.40 and WAC 246-205 (copie; enclosed), the Health District <br /> is responsible for implementing certain requirements concerning the posting, <br /> assessment and contamination reduction of property used for the manufacmre of a <br /> controlled substance. Specifically, the intent of this order is to advise you that rooms <br /> 129, 226, and 241 in which the drug manufacturing occurred are oeclared unfit for <br /> use. <br /> These rooms may not be entered, rented or leased to the public, or used <br /> in any other manner until they have undergone approved cleanup and <br /> subsequent testing by a certified contractor. � <br /> In making this determination, your attention is called to the following: <br /> 1 ) The real property on which the rooms are located is legally described under <br /> Snohomish County ' tax account number 2428-042-002-0000. The common street <br /> address of the subject property 10006 Evergreen Way, Everett, Snohomish County, <br /> Washington, and the legal description of the property is a[tached ro this Health <br /> Officer's Order.
