Your <br /> request ior such a hea.ing must be presented to the Health District, in writing, <br /> within ten days of tl:e date of this order. If such a hearing is 'requested, please bc <br /> advised that you, as !he property owner, have the burden of demonstrating th�t <br /> the property is not conraminated, and consequently is fit for use. <br /> 8) Any expenses incurred as part of the testing, contamination reduction and/or <br /> disposal of materials associated with the contaminated rooms, as well as costs <br /> incurred by th� Health District resulting from the enforcement of this order, are <br /> the responsibili�y of the property owner and may be assessed to you. <br /> Representatives of Motel 6 have been very cooperative throughout our investigation, <br /> snd I expect this working relationship to continue.
