Hobby Lobby subcontractor, Pioneer Concrete, placed concrete mix 60120 <br /> (6sk)irom Stanwood Redimix at slab infills located at grids 2 to 4/B to A, 7 to 8.8/G to F.S, and 8.5 <br /> to 10/A to A.S. Concrete sample was obtained at 10 of 80 cubic yards placed with 5-1/2" slump <br /> and 50°F temperature. Four�x8" concrete cylinders were obtained for strength verification. <br /> Noted: 1)The slump of mix 60120 was greater than 4" maximum indicated on approved conUact <br /> drawings; 2)welded wirE mesh 6x6"W1.4x1.4 welded wire mesh instead of fiber mesh was <br /> indicated on plans. Verbal approval was obtained previousiy; 3)S mil vapor retarder was used <br /> over subgrade instead of the 10 mil indicated in structural notes for vapor bartier. The vapor <br /> barrier Visqueen was placed as single 6 mii Iayer at NE slab area 2-4/B to A, and double 6 mil <br /> layer at SE, SW slabs at grids 7-8.8/G-F.5 and 10-8.5/A-A.5. <br /> Nonconforming Conditions <br /> The written approval o!items 1-3 is needed by engineer, and contractor stated that he will email <br /> this to Mayes Testing Engineers.
