It is important to us and to our customers that the public water system delivers high quality potable water in zll cases. City of Everett records indicate that this building is served by a 8-inch single check-valve. A double clieck detector is required by the State oF Washington for commercial fire services. To comply with state requirements, fhe city requires the upgrede of the single check-valve to a double check detector asszmbly when the commercial building sprinkler system is modified through the city permit process. Please be advised that the city requires this upgrade as a part of building or sprinkler permit application (or the portion of the building served by the current single check valve. As the owner of this assembly, you are required to maintain it and improve it as necessary.
