Any sprinkler system provided must <br /> comply with UBC Standard 38-1 and/or UFPA Standard 13 . (SEPA <br /> Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br /> 4. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code <br /> 46.44. Fire .lanes must be identified by red curbs with white <br /> stencil stating "No parking - Fire Lane" . Vertical signs <br /> stating "No Parking - Fire Lane - Violators May Be Towed" must be <br /> located as approved by the Fire Marshal. A portable fire extinguisher with a minimum UL rating of 2A must � <br /> be provided within 75 feet travel distance of all portions of � <br /> each building during construction and prior to occupancy.
