<br /> events in a manner satisfactory to Lender,and shali further pay or cause to be paid al]
<br /> cleanup,administrative and enforcement costs of govemmental agencies if obligated to do
<br /> so by conlract or by law.
<br /> (e) �E t of .nirv. Lender is hereby authoriz�to enter the Property,
<br /> including the interior of any structures, at reasonable times,and after reasonable notice,for
<br /> the purpose of inspecting the Propetty to determine Boaowe�'s compliance with this
<br /> ParaB►'aPh.
<br /> I.4 BuildinE Laws.
<br /> (a) �recc++tationc and Warra�tiec, Boirower represents and wazrants to
<br /> Lender that(i)the construction,repair,maintenance,and use of all Improvements comply
<br /> with all Building Laws,have been approvai by all necessary govemmental authorities, and
<br /> that all certificates and permits required for the occupancy and use of the Improvemenu
<br /> have been obtained and aze in fu11 foree and cffecl,(ii)there is no actual or alleged violation
<br /> of any Building Laws applicable to the Property and(iii)there is no action or proceeding
<br /> pending before or appealable from any court,quasi judicial body or administrative agency
<br /> relating to a violation or an alieged violation of Building Laws wilh resaect to the Property.
<br /> (b) Cover�ant. Boerower covenants and agrees that the Property will at all
<br /> times comply with all Building Laws.
<br /> (c) I2efiIIitl4�. "Building Laws"means aii :d:,:.:1, �tate and local laws,
<br /> regulations, ordinances and requiremants applicable to the use, development and operation
<br /> of the Property, including without limitbtion building,zoning,planning,subdivision, fre,
<br /> traffrc,safety,health, labor,discrimination,environntental, air quality,wctlands,shoreline
<br /> an3 flood plain laws,regutations and ordinances,the Pair Housing Act of 1968 (as
<br /> amended), the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990, and all governmental and private
<br /> covenants,conditions a�id:estrictions applicable to the Property.
<br /> (d) Notificatioit: Re�air. Borrower shall immediately notify Lender if
<br /> Borrower becomes:•.waze of any zctual or alleged violation of any Building Law. Borrower
<br /> shali, at its sole cxTense,lake all actions as may be necessary or advisable to bring the
<br /> i roperty into compliance with Building Laws,including altcrations,repairs, and
<br /> replacements oi any Improvements.
