Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Sexdon <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must b�; <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 29. This project must comply with the curnnt City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> , 30. Ac�SB - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all �w structures shaq provide Fire <br /> Department access roads to within 150 feet of all portior�s of the ground floor. Fire <br /> Depaztment access roads (Fire Lanes) shall pmvide a minimum of 20 feet in width of <br /> unobstructed, all-season driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6".
