Dust generated during <br /> p consuvction activities can be wnuolled by wetting those dust sourc�s such as areas of <br /> , exposed soils, washing truck wheels before tLey leave U�e site, and installing and <br /> maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major <br /> dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br /> � Departrnent of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agec►cy. <br /> 50. Installation of new underground storage tanks must meet the requirements of the �w State <br /> � ;� Underground Sturage Tank regulations (173-360 WAC). Copies of these regulations and <br /> required forms are available from the Department of Ecology by cailing (206�07-7202, or <br /> toll-free in stace 1-800-826-7716. <br /> 51. A notice of intent to install tanks must be filed with the Department of Ecology at least 30 <br /> days prior to installation. Within 30 days after coming into service, the tanks must be <br /> registered with the Department o: Ecology on a state notification form. <br /> 52. Ail firms providing tank installation services must be registered with the Department of <br /> Ecology. The supervisor on ,ite during installation must be licensed by passing an exam <br /> administered by the International Fire Code Institute or by another state with which <br /> Washington has a reciprocity agreement. Within 30 days after coming into service, an <br /> installation checklist form must be provided to the Departrnent of Ecology by the company <br /> that performed the installation work. � <br /> � <br /> � <br />
