The site is located at 10G30 SR 99 just south of the intersection of <br /> Evergrecn �Vay and SI: Everett Mall Way,as shown on thc Vicinity Map in Figure l. <br /> Por our use in preparing this report, �vc have been provided �vith a site plan prepared by Kegcl & <br /> Associates (Kegcl) datcd 1990, and a Ihainage I�acility Revision plan prepared by David Evans <br /> R Associates (DGA) dated Septcmher 2002. The vault is planned as a wet vault with permanent <br /> watcr storagc. <br /> You propose to place thc storni ���ater vault in an existing stomi water swale area. Currently the <br /> water is routed through an oilhaater separator and then through a roughly 100-foot-long and 30- <br /> foot-�aide "U" shaped s���ale out to a manhole at the southwest curner of the site. The I6-Poot- <br /> wide and 49-foot-long vault will hr�ve a concrete botlom and concr:.te lid. There is G feet oC <br /> ��� <br />
