Screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided (See item 13 unc�er the Information <br /> for Developer attachment to the MDNS). Sc�eening must be shown or nuted on the site <br /> plan. <br /> 5. Information sufficient to determine parking requirements for the use must be submitted. <br /> Required parking is based upon gross floor area of the building per the following <br /> breakdown: <br /> 1 per 250 sf of office area, plus 1 per 300 sf of service area, plus 1 per <br /> 1,000 sf of showroom area. <br /> Storage area is calculated as part of the associated use, i.e., parts storage <br /> would count as service area, file storage would could as office space. <br /> Each service bay may be counted as a parking space. <br /> The Planning Department cannot sign off on the Building Permit application until the items <br /> discussed above are completed.
