Curb radii would be constructed on both sides of <br /> the driveway, which would facilitate right turning truck <br /> traffic. However, the proposed warehouse alone would not <br /> satisfy the City's minimum requirement of 1000 vehicles <br /> day for an "intersection type" driveway, pe! <br /> 4. The proposed driveway location should be coordinated with <br /> the proposed apartment project driveway on the other side of <br /> Evergreen Way, to avoid potential turning traffic conflicts. <br /> 5 .
