Each repair stall should be equipped with and exhaust extension duct (with mechanical <br /> exhaust of 300 cfin if over 10 feet in length). <br /> 2. O�ces and waiting rooms should be supplied with conditioned air under positive <br /> pressure,per Section 304, Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code. <br /> 3. Repair ga[age ventilation is to be controlled at the garage entrance,per IBC Section <br /> 406.63. <br /> 4. Each finishing booth should have the manufacturers cut sheet submitted, and the booths <br /> should be installed per the manufacturer to comply with IBC Section 416.3 and the <br /> International Mechanical Code(IMC) for exhaust of flammable finishes per Section <br /> 502.7 and fire protection per Section 416.4. <br /> 5. Additional roof equipment will require weights and calculations, certified by a licensed <br /> structural engineer, to identify that the existing rocf(and modifications where needed) <br /> will support the revised dead and live loads. <br /> Upon submission of the additional drawings, your application will be given priority and plan <br /> review will begin. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient <br /> information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all <br /> adopted codes.
