R <br /> (2) Approval of your request was for a 12-space recreational vehicle <br /> park. There are more than 12 vehicles at the subject property. <br /> (3) Approval of your request was conditioned upon an electrical 1 <br /> permit for any installed electr12 twelve spaces. The remaining <br /> vehicles on the subject property have illegal services and <br /> connections. <br /> (4) Approval of your request was conditioned upon a requirement to <br /> provide landscaping per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. The <br /> landscaping at the subject property is not done in accordance with <br /> the approved site plan. <br /> The cther violations, as set forth in the violation citation, have been <br /> dismissed. <br /> Owa is ordered to bring the RV park to compliance with all of the conditions of <br /> SPU Permit II #1-96, including those relating to the above paragraph. A copy of <br /> the approved SPU Permit II #1-96, including its conditions, is attached to this <br /> Order for its clarification. Any modification, enlargement, alteration or any type <br /> of activity at the RV park that is not consistent with the SPU Permit II #1-96 <br /> must be reviewed by a separate Special Property Use Permit. As the parties <br /> are aware, the Hearing Examiner will be issuing findings, conclusions and <br /> decision relating to the City's denial to consider a SPU Permit requested by <br /> Owa. Those findings, conclusions and decision will be issued by October 7, <br /> 1999. Pnor to the issuance of that decision and prior to the issuance of <br /> additional City review of this matter, Owa is required to comply with this Order <br /> and the conditions of SPU Permit II #'I-96.
