Park The City of Everett Planning Director grants approval of a request by Toshi Owa to place a 12 space recreational vehicle(r.v.) park on approximately one acre located at 10��25 Highway 99 South with the following condir,ions: 1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standazds shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing site parldng layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all n�uired improvements in the pubiic right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. 2. An electrical permit will be required if any electrical services are to be installed. 3. This site will initially be served by the Mukilteo Water District. Water and sewer plans wili need to be approved by the City and the district. 4. On-site detention of stormwater runoff may be required per City standazds. Applicant is required to submit the City of Everett drainage calculation form. , 5. All collected surface water exiting the subject property must be conveyed to the nearest established, stable drainage course, within the naturally occurring drainage basin, by pipe or by an approved swale in a manner that will not result in erosion or flooding. Sufficient downstream information and analysis must be provided to enable the City to determine that this requirement is being met. Appropriate easements will be required if conveyance must occur across private property. 6. A concrete driveway entrance must be installed per City standard ii307 with a 75 foot asphalt apron as shown on the submitted site plan. 7. Placement and screening of refuse disposal areas must be provided per Section 39.080 of the Zoning Code. The dumpster must be outside the five landscape strip. 8.
