Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department, showmg site parking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way: Public Works Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All im�rovements shall be <br /> completed and approved warranted before the Occupancy Permit is �ssued/final approval <br /> is granted. <br /> 2. An electrical permit will be required if any electrical services aze to be installed. <br /> 3. This site will inidally be served by the Mukilteo Water District. Water and sewer plans <br /> will need to be approved by the City and the district. <br /> 4. On-site detention of stormwater runoff may be required per City standards. Applicant is <br /> required to submit the City of Everett drainage calculation form. <br /> 5. All collected surface water exidng the subject property must be conveyed to the :�earest <br /> established, stable drainage course, within the naturally occurring drainage basin, by pipe <br /> or by an approved swale in a manner that will not result m erosion or flood►ng. <br /> Sufficient downscream iniormation and analysis must be provided to enable the City to <br /> determine that this requirement is being met. Appropriate easements will be required if <br /> conveyance must occur across private property. <br /> 6.
