Secondary Access Points <br />All other grade level entries will be accessed only by tenant key from the outside and will <br />remain locked at all hours. <br />2. Key boxes will be in place to allow entry by emergency response personnel through key <br />locked doors. <br />C. Interior Common Areas <br />Laundry and storage rooms located throughout the complex will be locked at all hours and <br />ingress will be allowed by tenant key. <br />D. Recreation Building <br />1. The recreation building and common areas within will be unlocked by management <br />personnel for the posted hours of operation. These facilities will remain locked during <br />hours of non -operation. <br />2. Key boxes will be in place to allow entry by emergency response personnel through key <br />locked doors. <br />LIGHTING <br />Lighting in the hallways, stairwells and lobby areas in Buildings A, B and C will remain on <br />at all hours. <br />2. Lighting in the courtyard area will be operated by a photocell controller which will turn <br />the lights on at dusk and off at dawn. <br />4.
