A C <br />CAMELOT APARTMENTS <br />PROPOSED SECURIW PLAN <br />PARKING GARAGES <br />Parking garages will be equipped with grid type roll -up doors, driven by electric motor, to <br />allow vehicle ingress and egress. <br />2. Vehicle parking garage doors will be activated from the interior by electronic trip device <br />which is activated as the vehicle approaches the door for egress. <br />Vehicular parknng garage doors will be activated from the outside by RF transmitter. <br />4. An RF transmitter will be assigned to each tenant requiring perking garage access. <br />5. Each RF transmitter can be programmed to allow access to a specific perking garage. <br />6. Each RF transmitter can be eliminated from the access program in the event that it is lost <br />or stolen. <br />The pedestrian doors in the parking garage structures which allow ingress and egress to <br />and from elevator lobbies and stairwells will not be keyed to allow open access from the <br />interior of the parking garages. Elevators and stairwells will have controlled access from <br />outside. <br />8. In the event of a power failure, the vehicle access gates can be manually raised by <br />maintenance staff. <br />9. Key boxes will be in place to allow entry by emergency response personnel through key <br />locked doors. <br />RESIDENTIAL SPACES <br />A. Primary Access Points <br />The central entry from the courtyard into each residential building will be served by <br />electric key pad. <br />2. The key pads referenced above will allow ingress to the buildings by tenants through the <br />use of a personal access code number. <br />3. Visitors will contact, by voice through the electric key pad, the tenant they wish to visit. <br />The tenant will activate a door lock release from their unit telephone to allow entry by <br />their visitor. <br />
