CAMELOT APARTMENTS <br />PROPOSED MAINTENANCE PLAN <br />PARKING GARAGES <br />Vehicle access doors in parking garages will be maintained on the schedule recommended <br />by the manufacturer. <br />2. Maintenance or repairs that cannot be performed by in-house maintenance staff will be <br />performed by a qualified repair service. <br />3. The RF transmitters for tenant operation of the garage vehicle doors require no <br />maintenance. However, a supply will be kept on hand in the event of a unit failure. <br />4. A locksmith will be contracted to provide service and repairs to any latches or key locked <br />doors in the parking garages which require repair. <br />RESIDENTIAL SPACES <br />A. All Access Points <br />The electric keypads will not require maintenance. A contract will be in place with a <br />recommended service provider to provide repairs when necessary. <br />2. A locksmith will be contracted to provide service and repairs to any key locked doors in <br />the residential structures which require repair. <br />B. Interior Common Areas, Apartment Units, and Recreation Building <br />A locksmith will be contracted to provide service and repairs to any key locked doors <br />which require repair in interior common areas, individual apartment units, and in the <br />Recreation Building. <br />LIGHTING <br />Lighting in the hallways, stairwells, laundry and lobby areas in Buildings A, B and C will <br />be inspected twice weekly by in-house maintenance staff and any lights not operating will <br />be repaired. <br />2. Lighting in the parking garages will be inspected twice weekly by in-house maintenance <br />staff and any lights not operating will be repaired. <br />3.
