Lighting In the courtyard, exterior parking areas and building exteriors will be inspected <br />twice weddy by m-house maintenance staff and any lights not operating will be repaired. <br />5. Any lights located in any of the above mentioned areas which are reported to be non- <br />fimctional will be inspected and repaired by the in-house maintenance staff as soon as is <br />reasonably possible. <br />ELEVATORS <br />Elevators will be msintamed under contract by qualified service technicians approved by <br />the manufacturer. The mam teoance schedule shall be as recommended by the <br />manufacturer and as required by State Code. <br />2. Any malfunction which is reported for any elevator will be inspected and repaired by the <br />elevator service technician as soon as is reasonably possible. <br />S/ <br />
