4 <br />CAMELOT APARTMENTS <br />PROPOSED PARKING PLAN <br />BUILDING "A" (Ninety-six units) <br />All parking spaces will be numbered. <br />C <br />2. One parking space will be assigned in the parking garage of Building "A" for each <br />apartment unit in Building "A." <br />Additional spaces in the parking garage of Building "A" will be assigned on a one-to-one <br />basis to apartments in Buildings "B" and "C" for which sufficient parking is not available <br />in the respective garages of those two buildings. <br />3. The remaining perking spaces in the parking garage of Building "A" which are unassigned <br />will be available for tenant rental. <br />BUILDING `B' (Ninety-six Units) <br />All parking spaces will be numbered. <br />2. Each parking space in the parking garage of Building "B" will be assigned to a separate <br />apartment unit in Building "B," with the remaining apartment units in Building "B" <br />receiving an assigned space in the parking garage of Building "A." <br />BUILDING `C' (Ninety-six Units) <br />1. All parking spaces will be numbered. <br />2. Each parking space in the parking garage of Building "C" will be assigned to a seperate <br />apartment unit in Building "C," with the remaining apartment units in Building "C" <br />receiving an assigned space in the parking garage of Building "A." <br />EXTERIOR PARKING <br />A portion of the exterior parking spaces will be available for tenant rental. Tenants with <br />over -sized vehicles which will not fit into the parking garages will be assigned exterior <br />parking spaces as near to their building as possible. <br />2. Exterior tenant parking spaces will be labeled as reserved. <br />3. Visitor parking will be restricted to the remaining exterior parking spaces only. <br />4. Visitor parking spaces will be marked as required. <br />
