At the time of our NWP 26 verification, NWP 26 <br />was scheduled to expire on September 15, 1999. The expiration date of NWP 26 has <br />since been extended until December 30, 1999. <br />Accordingly, our NWP 26 verification for the above referenced project will be valid <br />un'al NWP 26 expires on December 30, 1999. We will advise you if your NWP 26 is <br />extended further. You must contact this office for new permit requirements under the <br />following two circumstances: <br />I. By December 30, 1999, you have not started nor do you have a contract to <br />start construction. <br />fill. 2.
