FINAL MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE SEPA #97-072 Camelot Apartments August 25,1999 Description of Proposal: The proposed action is issuance of Building and Public Works permits to allow the demolition of two single family houses and construction of a 289 unit apartment complex in three buildings, plus a recreation/office building, 510 parking stalls will be provided. The proposal includes the fill of 39,379 sf (90) acre of wetlands and the creation of 42,410 sf (.97 acre) of wetland. In addition, 48,439 sf of forested buffer will be retained and 3.500 sf of a drainage channel will be enhanced. The site totals approximately 13.3 acres. Phase 1 of the development consists of clearing and grading 1e entire site; the wetland fill and mitigation, and construction of the 289 unit apartment complex on 9.4 acres. Phase 2 will be future construction of a commercial or multiple family development on the 3.57 acres fronting oa Evergreen Way. A boundary line adjustment will provide a lot line between the two phases. A new SBPA review will be required for future development on Phase 2.
