Total <br /> organic matter shall be 1$ to 10�. A maximum of 20� of the <br /> mix volume may be ratained on a 1/4" sieve. <br /> Flow aontrol struatur� (reatriator abl : <br /> The flow control structure must be accessible for <br /> maintenance. A 15' wide all weather surface access road is <br /> required to be constructed to the control structure. <br /> The top of the flow control structure should not be centered <br /> in the middle of the access road.
