These <br /> requirements should be indicated on the plans, either <br /> specifically for each structure of this type or as a general <br /> note. <br /> A catch basin or manhole is required at all changes in storm <br /> drain diameters, grade or alignment. <br /> Open inlet pipes 12" or greater should be equipped with a <br /> trash rack. <br /> Catch basins instead of inlets are preferred in the public <br /> right-of-way. <br /> The main storm drain in the public right-of-way muat be a <br /> minimum of 12�� in diameter. <br /> Five horizontal feet, or one horizontal foot for every foot <br /> of vertical difference in elevation, whichever is larqest, <br /> must exist between utility lines. <br /> �iscellaneous• <br /> All rockeries or retaining walls greater than 4 feet high <br /> must be structurally designed and the structural design must <br /> be submitted to the City for review by the City�s structural <br /> engineer. <br /> The required notes from section 4.4.2. 1 (notes requireci on <br /> plans) must be included on these plans. <br /> When perforated pipe is called out, the type of pipe, size <br /> of perforations and spacing of perforations must be called <br /> out. <br /> The top and toe elevations of all rockeries adjacent to or <br /> associated with stormwater facilities must be given. � <br />
