They are: <br /> The departments of Fish and WildZife must be contacted by <br /> the applicant to determine whether or not an Hydraulic <br /> Project Approval (XPA) is required for this site due to its <br /> location within tl;e Swamp Creek drainage basin. A copy of <br /> the XPA, or a letter stating that an HPA is not requtred, <br /> must be submitted with the next set of plans for review, <br /> - Neither a copy of the HPA, nor a letter from the <br /> Department of Fisheries has been submitted with the most <br /> recent set of plans. <br /> AI1 wetland areas on the site must be identified on the <br /> plans. Any changes in land cover made in cor.junction with <br /> this project must be accounted tor in detention calcuZations <br /> and an appropriate detention system must be designed to <br /> detain aI1 stormwater runoff from altered areas. , <br /> If the total amount of paved surface created in conjunction <br /> with this site, incZuding the access road, is greater than <br /> or equal to 10,000 square feet, treatment of stormwater <br />
