An HPA will not be required, see �etter provided. <br /> 2. Planning Dept. has approved site plan as shown, Wetland and Buffers <br /> do not fall within project area. I talk to Steve Stanley and plans have been - <br /> approved. <br /> 3. Access roadway and site plan has been revised to show less than <br /> 10,000 sf of asphalt area, see revised site plan. <br /> 4. The storm drainage system has been approved by Steve Stanley for an <br /> easterly discharge to Evergreen Way, in his opinion that is the naturai drainage <br /> pattern. <br /> 5. The roadway drainage system is a temporary system.
