The civil drawings will be reissued separately. <br /> SITE CHANGES <br /> I have not individually clouded all the changes to the site plen because of the substantial <br /> changes to this drawing. Most of the changes are the result of conversations with Wayne <br /> Wentz. These changes invoive the parking lot and Right of Way improvements and <br /> wnnections. A fence with 3 trellises was added due to comments from Dave Tyler <br /> regarding SEPA input which required a more architecturally pleasing facade at the south <br /> elevation of Buildings D and E. The owner requested several changes which involved <br /> modifications to the parking and walks east of Buildings B and C and west of Buil6ing D. <br /> The revised parking lot count and landscape calculations are shown under Code Data on <br /> Sheet A0. A Topographic Map has been added to the set of drawings. <br /> DAVE TYLER COMMENTS: <br /> As previously mentioned, changes to the site plan resulted due to SEPA input. A trellis <br /> detail, 13/AO was also added which is to be constnrcted as part of the fence south of <br /> Buildings D and E. Windows were added to the south face of Buildings D and E and <br /> these are shown on both the floor plans and the building elevations. <br /> JEFFREY McFALL COMMENTS: (Letter of August 8, 1996) (Jeffrey McFall's <br /> comments are in bold followed by my response. <br /> l.) To avoid the installation of fire sprinkler systcma per City Ordinance 1902-92 in <br /> buildings B,C, D & E, the gross building area of each building must be no more <br /> than 12,000 square feet and the area on either side of the area separation walls muat <br /> be no more than 6,000 squere feet. These areaa muat include the area under the <br /> roof underliangs.
