I also visited each site <br />and took photographs. Attached hereto as exhibit A is a true and correct map of a portion of the <br />central business zone of the City of Blaine with the lots described below designated with the number <br />given to them below. <br />(1) Northeast corner of G and Third Streets, Parcel Number: 415136 560047. <br />This is a vacant parcel located at the northeast corner of G & Third Streets. There is an old <br />"For Sale" sign still standing. The site is approximately 18,538 square feet in area. Attached <br />hereto as exhibit 1 is a true and correct copy of a photograph of the site <br />(2) 665 Peace Portal Drive (west side), Parcel Number: 415136 499023. This is a <br />vacant building one-half block north of the existing bookstore location. It had previously <br />been used as a restaurant, and there is a "For Sale" sign in the front window. The existing <br />building contains approximately 3,000 square feet of floor area on each of two floors for a <br />total of 6,000 square feet. The parcel itself is approximately 7,864 square feet in area. The <br />listing agent indicated that the property is for sale and has been on the market for two years. <br />Attached hereto as exhibit 2 is a true and correct copy of a photograph of the site. <br />(3) 500 block of Peace Portal Drive (west side), Parcel Number: 415136 495049. <br />This property is the previous location of an auto repair business. It contains an old structure <br />which is falling apart and has been condemned. The parcel itself is approximately 5,116 <br />square feet in area. Attached hereto as exhibit 3 is a true and correct copy of a photograph of <br />the site. <br />(4) 500 block of Peace Portal Drive (west side just south of grocery store), Parcel <br />Number: 415136 494055. This property contains a parking lot and is located just south of <br />the Blaine Bay Grocery.
