The parcel is approximately 5,110 square feet in area. Attached <br />hereto as exhibit 4 is a true and correct copy of a photograph of the site. <br />(5) 500 block of Peace Portal Drive (west side just north of G Street parklet), <br />Parcel Number: 415136 496045. This is an undeveloped site located on the west side of <br />Peace Portal Drive just north of the street end parklet at G Street. The parcel is <br />approximately 3,973 square feet in area. Attached hereto as exhibit 5 is a true and correct <br />copy of a photograph of the site. <br />(6) 265 F Street, Parcel Number: 415136 536063. This parcel contains a gas <br />station that is now closed. There are several pump islands and one building that remain on <br />the site. Out of the total parcel area of 21,768 square feet, approximately 10,511 square feet <br />are more than 200 feet from a residence and would be available for an adult business use. <br />The property is not currently for sale, but is available for lease. The portion of the parcel that <br />would be available for adult business is roughly the northeast half — this includes the existing <br />structure. Attached hereto as exhibit 6 is a true and correct copy of a photograph of the site. <br />(7) 638 Peace Portal Drive (east side), Parcel Number: 415136 517024. This <br />parcel contains part of what had been the Blaine Thriftway — which is now closed. The <br />property is approximately 10,000 square feet in size and is completely -covered by the <br />existing structure. Approximately 6,439 square feet of this building is over 200 feet from a <br />residence and is therefore available for an adult business use. Attached hereto as exhibit 7 is <br />a true and correct copy of a photograph of the site. <br />(8) 545 Peace Portal, Parcel Number: 145136498058. This parcel contains the <br />southern half of the Blaine Bay Grocery.
