Any rockeries or retaining walls proposed in required setback areas must be in conformance with <br /> Section 39.150 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 29. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents, must be scteened per Section 39.040 of the <br /> Zoning Code. <br /> 30. Building setbacks must be a minimum of 10 feet rear yard. There are no required setbacks for the <br /> front and interior yards. Building height shall be a max�mum of 50 feet. <br /> 31. Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 af the Zoning Code. At a minimum this must <br /> include the following: <br /> a fron ge aexceptf or the d i ev ay�(See Gateway Policy and SEPA Mtitigat on equir`ement <br /> in this MDNS). <br /> b. The following amounts of landscaping shall be provided in the internal urea of parking lots exclusive <br /> of the landscaping requircd to be provided along street frontages and along other lot lines: <br /> (l) If a lot or Sevclopment site conte':�s a total of ten or fewer parking spaa;s, or not more than four <br /> thousand square feet of parking and!naneuvcring area,whichever is less,no lundscaping is r�uired in <br /> the internal Area of parking lots. <br /> (2) If the parking area contains more than ten parking spaces or four thousand square feet of <br /> mnneuvering aren, and less than one hundred pnrking spuces, a minimum of one tree shall be planted <br /> for cvery eight pnrking spaces. Calculations resuldng in u fraction larger then one-half shaU be <br /> rounded up to the next whole number. <br /> (3) If the parking area contains onc hundred or more parking spaces, a minimutn of one u�e shall be <br /> planted for every six parking spaces.
