Provided, however, the undersigned will not be <br /> required to hold the City, its officers, employees and agents harmless from the <br /> t sole negligence of the City, its officers, employees and agents. Owner agrees that Owner will demolish: and, in the event that the :training <br /> includes burning the structure(s), to clean up the area within 180 days following <br /> the burning of said structure(s). in case Owner fails to clean up and/or demolish <br /> said burn area or cause it to be" cleaned up and demolished at Owners expense <br /> within 180 days, Owner hereby authorizes the City of Everett to demolish and <br /> clean up said area for which Owner agrees to reimburse the City within fifteen <br /> (15) days of billing for its demolition clean up costs. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 6. Owner agrees that the following <br /> �actions,will be taken prior to the Fire Department <br /> training at 982,0 - 2-� titTi'e- . <br /> A. A "notification of demolition," including a $25.00 application, must be filed <br /> with the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency at least ten (10)days prior <br /> 1 to the start of the training activity. A copy of the permit must be available for <br /> inspection at the training site. <br /> B. An Asbestos Survey Report for Renovation/Demolition must be filed with the <br /> Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency prior to the start of the training <br /> activity. <br /> C. All; composition roofing must be removed from the structure prior to the <br /> training activity. <br /> D. Alt-asphalt roofing shingles and asphalt siding materials must be removed <br /> from the structure prior to the training activity. <br /> E. All carpet, linoleum and floor tile. Materials must be removed prior to the <br /> training activity. <br /> 4 <br /> al <br /> E All prohibited materials, including containers holding unknown substances <br /> must be removed from the structure and site prior to the training activity. <br /> 1 G. All utilities to the structure must be turned off prior to the training activity. <br /> 8 <br />
