The Court heard the oral argument of counsel and <br /> 17 considered the pleadings filed herein, including the Declarations of Patrol Officer Bruce <br /> 18 Bosman, Leslie A. Tidball and J. Robert Leach. Based upon the presentation of counsel <br /> 19 and the evidence, the Court finds: <br /> 20 1. The residence located at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett,Washington, is unfit <br /> 21 for human habitation and is a dangerous building within the meaning of EMC <br /> 22 16.12.080(B). <br /> 23 2.
