To prevent a nuisance and a public health hazard from continuing, this Court <br /> 2 should enter an Order authorizing the City of Everett to abate the nuisance that currently <br /> 3 exists at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, by removal from the property of <br /> 4 garbage, human sewage, rotten food, animal carcasses and such other items as the City <br /> 5 determines to be reasonable necessary to rehabilitate the property and to otherwise repair or <br /> 6 rehabilitate the property as the City determines to be reasonably necessary to abate the <br /> 7 nuisance. <br /> 8 4. The health of Carol Landsverk would be jeopardized if she were allowed to <br /> 9 enter or occupy the property located at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98203, <br /> 10 before the nuisance existing on this property is abated. NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> 11 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: <br /> 121. The City of Everett is hereby authorized to take such actions as it reasonably <br /> 13 , determines are necessary to abate the nuisance existing at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett, <br /> 14 Washington, 98203, including but not limited to the removal of garbage, human sewage, <br /> 1 rotten food, animal carcasses, unsanitary personal property and the repair and rehabilitation <br /> 1 of the property. <br /> 17.....__________2. Carol Landsverk is restrained from entering or occupying the property <br /> i8 located at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98203, until this Court determines that <br /> 19 the nuisance at 4511 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, 98203,has been abated. <br /> 20 3.
