These agreements have allowed for the pass through of Federal HOME funds to Everett <br /> for housing projects in Everett. The only significant change to this agreement compared to the other <br /> agreements is the automatic renewal provision at the end of three years. Separate from this Interlocal <br /> Agreement there are annual contracts with Snohomish County when we receive each program year funding, <br /> which City Council will need to approve. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the HOME Consortium Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County. <br /> 80 <br />
