BE DEMOLISHED <br /> This Permission and Release dated this 7 day of ---TuT,A- , 2005 by <br /> ,a1464%-f- tiekez1 , herein after referred to as "Owner." <br /> WtiEttEAs, the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of <br /> WaShington, herein after referred to as "City: desires that its Fire Department be <br /> 1 provided the opportunity to practice Structurally Damaging Evolutions;and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Fire Department needs to perform ladder,Ventilation, hose, fire <br /> suppression, equipment practice, forcible entry, search and rescue, salvage, overhaul, <br /> self-contained breathing apparatus and hazardous materials evolutions, and conduct <br /> other activities as part of their training; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is costly to construct structures and props needed to perform such <br /> evolutions; and <br /> 1 WHEREAS, the Owner of a structure to be demolished, recognizing the needs of the <br /> City's Fire Department to perform various training activities, agrees to provide access to <br /> said structure for said training purposes at no cost to the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Owner agrees to allow the City's. Fire Department to conduct <br /> Structurally Damaging Training Evolutions in accordance with the following provisions: <br /> 1. Owner is the owner of the structure on the following described property: <br /> "76 7-c ftAle, S 1€ Ver-e-1-1 F3(35/-7 ots1 li,e,S"0 <br /> 2. OWner hereby gives and-grants the City's Fire Department the right and privilege <br /> 1 to conduct training activities on the structure located on the property described in <br /> Paragraph 1. <br /> 3 Owner hereby gives the City s Fire Department permission to perform such <br /> practices which include but are not limited to,chopping, sawing, prying and <br /> hammering which may leave the structure damaged, unsafe for occupancy, <br /> and/or partially demolished. <br /> 4.
