Owner agrees that the City will not be responsible for covering or protecting <br /> openings made in roofs, ceilings, floors or walls provided the City adequately <br /> "boards up" all ground level points of access to reasonably prevent any <br /> unauthorized entry or access to the structure by vandals or any other third party. <br /> 6.
