A <br /> (b) Preliminary site plans and architectural/design concepts for the development showing <br /> access roads, amount of location of parking, location and size of all proposed <br /> buildings, including height and perimeter dimensions, pedestrian and vehicular <br /> circulation system, conceptual landscape locations. At least one of the submitted plans shall <br /> show the overall architectural character of the development of the Site; and <br /> (c) Tentative schedules for the initiation of all phasing of the development of the Site, including <br /> anticipated development costs relating to construction and development. <br /> 3. Meetings. Weekly conferences shall be held between the City and OM. An OM representative <br /> shall personally attend such conferences at the City on at least a bi-weekly (i.e., every other week) <br /> basis. Each party shall ensure that the other party is given reasonable prior notice of, and given an <br /> opportunity to be present at, any initial meetings which involve matters of a sensitive political, environmental, <br /> cultural, etc., nature. <br /> 9 <br />
