Note that these comments have <br /> not been fully addressed from the previous letter,and still require revisions prior to the issuance of a pertnit: <br /> 1. "There is an existing sliell i�uilding fire riser room on the south side of Suite D that will require a drawing <br /> revision to the location of the accessible toilet room and the kitchen exit door,per Pertnit#B0603-085, <br /> per the comment in our previous letter. Although the fdtchen and toilet room layout have been revised <br /> to address this comment, the fire riser chase Fas st;il not been indicated, which will affect the <br /> dimensional layout of the plans submitted. All new walls should be dimensioned to indicate the <br /> minimum required clearances provided at aisles and doors. <br /> 2. The 30 inch door indicated at the kitchen should be revised to have a minimum clear width of 32 inches <br /> clear,per IBC Section 1008.1. A 34 inch door is the minimum allowable,based on this requirement. <br /> 3. The accessible toilet room still requires the revision of ve:tical sidewall grab bar at a of minimum 18 <br /> inches long, mounted with bottom of bar located between 39 and 41 inches above the floor, and cente: <br /> line of the bar located betwecn 39 and 41 inches from rear wall per ANSI Section 604.5.1, which should <br /> be shown oti this submittal. <br /> 4. Toilet rooms should stil( indicate a smooth hazd tinish on floors extending 6 inches up onto walls, per <br /> IBC 1210.1. If the tloors are ceramic tile as indicated on the resubmittal,the base would also need to be <br /> ceramic tile. <br /> Upon submission of two complete sets of the revised drawings, your application will be given priority and plan <br /> review will resume.
