These comments address buiiding issues only, additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br /> or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994 Editior., unless stated <br /> othenvise. <br /> In order for the processiag of y�ur application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide tl�e Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. The plans are not completed to a su�cient level to perforrn a review at this time. <br /> The £oflowing items represent the major concerns, but dc not consti[ute a complete <br /> plan review and additional comments may be necessary upon resubmission. <br /> 2. The plans aze required by state law and this jurisdiction to be prepared by an <br /> Archite:et lic�nsed by the State of Washington as the scope of work is greater than <br /> 4000 squam feet. RCW 18.08.d10 & UBC Section 106.3.2 <br /> 3. The previous permitted drawings dated 199� show an azea separation wall (ASW) <br /> in the building. The submitted drawings sho�v approximately '/-_ of the ASW <br /> removed. This change should be justified, along with structural calculations and <br /> details, prepared by an Engineer licensed by tl�e State of Washington.
