Per Table 5-A, A-3 occupancies az� not permitted above the first story <br /> in a V-N building. <br /> 5. The following is a list of details and further claritication required for plan review <br /> per Section 106.33: <br /> a) PJalls should be cfearly mazked on the plans denoting existing from new <br /> consfruction. <br /> bj The construction of new walls should be detailed. <br /> c) Plans, elevations and details of all fixed fiirniture should be provided. <br /> d) All rooms should be labeled with their u�age. <br /> e) New ceiling construction, if propose�, should be noted and detailed. Also note <br /> that if new lighting is proposed, calculations should be provided showing <br /> compliance with the 1997 Washington State Energy Code provisions. <br /> 6. The following comments are in regazds to eYitin��: <br /> a) Exit lighting and signage should be shown. <br /> b) Doors serving an occupant load greater than �0 should swing in the direction of <br /> egress. <br /> c) Dead end hallways should not be greater than 20 feet in length (middle por�ion <br /> of building between the srorage and reception rooms). <br /> d) The plans aze not completed to a sufficient level to perform a review at this <br /> time. The following items represent the major concerns, but do not constitute a <br /> complete plan review and additional comments may be necessary upon <br /> resubmission. <br /> e) New and existing doo;s should be labeled on the pl ms. A door schedule shoald <br /> be provided. <br />
