It works by transmitting signals to and from <br /> I nearby cellular towers instead of using a treditional phone line. Clearwire has a coveraga <br /> gap in Everett and the proposed project will fill this coverage gap. <br /> Conctusion: The proposed project will improve access to wireless communications <br /> facilities including desktop or laptop computers and local network facilities. <br /> .� <br /> � <br />
