Electricity and telephone <br /> service must be upgraded on the project site. <br /> Conclusion: The applicant will work with the local utility companies to provide electricity <br /> and telephone service on the site. <br /> 3. The impact of traffic generated by the proposed use on the surrounding area, <br /> pedestrian circulation and �ublic safety; and the ability of the proponent to mitigate <br /> such potential impacts. <br /> Findinns: The proposed use is unmanned and will not genarate tra�c on the surrounding <br /> area, pedestrian circulation and public safety. Only one maintenance visit per month is <br /> required. <br /> Conclusion: There will be no adverse traffic impacts generated by the proposal. <br /> 4. Compatibility of proposed structures and improvements with surrounding <br /> properties, including the size, height, location, setback and arrangement of ail <br /> proposed buildings and facilities, especiaily as they relate to light and shadow <br /> impacts on ore sensitive land uses and less intensive zones. <br /> Findinqs: The replacement of SNOPUD pole will be the same height as the existing pole. <br /> The surrounding area is zoned C-1, General Commercial. There are no sensitive land <br /> uses that will be impacted by the�eplacement SNOPUD pole, attached antennas or the <br /> equipment cabinet. <br /> Conciusion: Adding additional wireless communication facilities on a replacement PUD <br /> pole will not adversely impact the surrounding retail land uses. <br /> 6. The number, size and location of signs, especially as they relate to more sensitive <br /> land uses. <br /> Findinqs: No signs are being proposed at this time. <br /> Conclusion: All signs are subject to review and approval by the Everett Planning <br /> Department, and the applicant must obtain a sign permit from the Everett Building <br /> Department. <br /> 2 / <br /> O <br />
