' <br /> �— <br /> DATE: November 14, 1995 <br /> SUBJ: 8830 Evergreen Way, EVERETT, WA. <br /> Upon receiving a complaint, an inspection was conducted of the buildings situated on <br /> this property. The following deficiencies were noted pursuant to the Uniform Housing <br /> Code, and d�e Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings: <br /> Retail Store: <br /> 1. There has been heavy vandalism done to the building, all vital systems, <br /> electrical, plumbing and mechanical have been destroyed. <br /> 2. The building is full of trash and debris. <br /> 3. There is a lack of maintenance on the building. <br /> 4. There is a junk vehicle stored on the property. <br /> i 5. Windows and doors are missing. The building is open to the public and <br /> is an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br /> I 6. There is destruction, rot, and deterioration within the structural <br /> components of ffie building. <br /> 7. There is a lack of weather protection for the interior and exterior of the <br /> building. <br /> 8. Because the building is an attractive nuisance to children, and a harbor <br /> for vagrants, it is considered dangerous. <br />
