Window panes have been destroyed and doors are broken ar.d/or <br /> missing. <br /> 5. Siding has been dcatroyed, broken and is missing in some areas on the <br /> exterior of the building. <br /> 6. There is a lack of weather protection for the interior of the building and <br /> the exterior of the building. <br /> 7. The building is a nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of the <br /> public, and inquisitive minors in the area. <br /> ?7is building is con.eidered dangerous pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Uniform <br /> Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as follows: <br /> 1. The building has become an a.tractive nuisance to children, and a harbor , <br /> for vagrants. <br /> 2. The building is maintained in violation of requirements applicable to <br /> such buildings as provided by the building regulations of this <br /> jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code. <br /> 3. The building is in such a condition as constitute a public nuisance known <br /> to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br />
