T6e building has been severely damaged by vandalism. All vi[al systems, heating, electrical, plumbing and mechanical have been destroyed. 2. There is graffiti on the exterior and interior of the building. 3. Inierior walls have been destroyed. 4. Window panes have been destroyed and doors are broken ar.d/or missing. 5. Siding has been dcatroyed, broken and is missing in some areas on the exterior of the building. 6. There is a lack of weather protection for the interior of the building and the exterior of the building. 7. The building is a nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of the public, and inquisitive minors in the area. ?7is building is con.eidered dangerous pursuant to Chapter 3 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings as follows: 1.
