I am so accustomed to <br /> presenting Council with a chronological history that I was considering a memo on Uus <br /> case however, it is out of place. <br /> I reviewed the Dangerous Bldg Code, Chapter 3, for any other violations that could be <br /> used within [he listings of violations for the various buildings but, I am unable to come <br /> up with anything more. <br /> I did not enter these buildings as they are too dangerous for anyone to enter for obvious <br /> gang related reasons. I may have to resort to requesting Police backup for an interior <br /> look at the places, and that will take more than one Policeman. I am reminded of Lt <br /> Hegge' concern for taking several Police off the street for one location when it isn't <br /> necessary. This is the only reason I haven't performed an internal inspection of the <br /> buildings. <br /> In the research of the ownership, I came across the name of "Carmaster Capital <br /> Funding, Inc." listed with the County Assessor. I sent a letter to the address listed for <br /> this business, an Edmonds PO Box, and it came bac!:, "Insufficient Address". I called <br /> Edmonds PO and asked what Lhey meant. The individual on the phone said that a no[e <br /> on the PO box said "Carmastets Capital Funding, Inc." was unknown. He asked me if <br /> I had a name and I mentioned the name of Haunge which is on the Counry records as <br /> the seller of the property tu "Carmasters". He advised me to send the letter to this <br /> name at the PO Box number. I did that and it came back marked "Return to sender <br /> not at this address". � <br /> I called the Secretary of 5tate OFfice to determine who the principal individual was for <br /> "Carmasters". Upon receiving the infoanation, I sent a certified letter, return receipt <br /> to that person, Ted Thomas, ]oca+ed in Woodenville.
