The City of Everett Building O�cial has found the building on the above <br /> d:scribcd �iroperty [o be substandard and inay endanger the life, limb, health, properry, <br /> safety and welfare of the pubiic. The following deficiencies render the building to be <br /> substandard pursuant to Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: <br /> 1, The building has been heavily damaged by fire. <br /> 2, pll vital systems, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been destroyed. <br /> 3. All windows and doors have been destroyed. <br /> 4. The building is open to the public and is an atuactive nuisance to <br /> inquisitive mmors in the area. <br /> II. The Building Official has found that the building on the above described <br /> properry may endanger the life, health, property or safety of the public and is rendered <br /> dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, <br /> Sec. 302, noting the following: <br /> 1. The building has been the site of a suicide within the past several <br /> months. <br /> 2, The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to <br /> such buildings provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, <br /> as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by <br /> Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condition of buildings. <br /> 3, The building is an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for <br /> vagrants. <br /> 4. The buiiding is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance <br /> known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> III. The above-described building shall either be repaired in accordance with all <br /> current Building Code requirements and all other applicable codes or demolished. <br /> , ---- <br /> I <br />
