The City of Everett Building O�cial has found the building on the above d:scribcd �iroperty [o be substandard and inay endanger the life, limb, health, properry, safety and welfare of the pubiic. The following deficiencies render the building to be substandard pursuant to Sec. 1001 of the Uniform Housing Code: 1, The building has been heavily damaged by fire. 2, pll vital systems, heating, plumbing, and electrical have been destroyed. 3. All windows and doors have been destroyed. 4. The building is open to the public and is an atuactive nuisance to inquisitive mmors in the area. II. The Building Official has found that the building on the above described properry may endanger the life, health, property or safety of the public and is rendered dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, Sec. 302, noting the following: 1. The building has been the site of a suicide within the past several months. 2, The building exists in violation of specific requirements applicable to such buildings provided by the building regulations of this jurisdiction, as specified in the Building Code and Housing Code as adopted by Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condition of buildings. 3, The building is an attractive nuisance to children and a harbor for vagrants. 4. The buiiding is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisance known to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. III. The above-described building shall either be repaired in accordance with all current Building Code requirements and all other applicable codes or demolished. , ---- I
