If the owners elects to repair the building in accordance with the current <br /> Building Code requirements, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the <br /> work physicaliy commenced within sixty (C'1) days of the date of this Order. All work <br /> must be completed within ninety {9�) days of the date of this Order. <br /> V. If the owners elects to demolish the building, all reyuired permits shall be <br /> secured therefore within thirly (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition <br /> must be completed within sixry (60) days from the date of this Order. <br /> VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept • 'S ,, <br /> secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is <br /> repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br /> VII. If die requirements set forth in Paragraphs III, IV, V, and VI above are not <br /> complied with, thc City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and <br /> procecd to cause the building to be demolished and charge the cos[s thereof against the <br /> property and/or its owner. <br /> VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal <br /> from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal <br /> must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City <br /> of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this <br /> Notice and Order. Failure to a�peal will constitute a waiver of all righ[ to an <br /> adminisuative hearing and determinatinn of the matter. <br /> IX. On ,at S:3� n��.
