If the owners elects to repair the building in accordance with the current Building Code requirements, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work physicaliy commenced within sixty (C'1) days of the date of this Order. All work must be completed within ninety {9�) days of the date of this Order. V. If the owners elects to demolish the building, all reyuired permits shall be secured therefore within thirly (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition must be completed within sixry (60) days from the date of this Order. VI. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept • 'S ,, secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. VII. If die requirements set forth in Paragraphs III, IV, V, and VI above are not complied with, thc City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and procecd to cause the building to be demolished and charge the cos[s thereof against the property and/or its owner. VIII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Order.
