OCTOBER 4, 1976 <br />Th� regular monthly meetinq of the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment was held at 7:30 p.m, October 4, 1976, in the City <br />Hall Council Chambers, City Hall, Everett, 'i�ashington. <br />Mr. Baird presided. Mr. Russell, Mr. Kristiansen, and Mr. <br />Black were present. Mr. Berg was absent. <br />The chairman moved that old business be heard last as the <br />applicant would be late in appearing. <br />A hearing was held on the application of L.
