A Performance Guarantee (8ond or Set-Aside Letter) for: (a) Design and <br />Construction of Street Improvements (plus 20%;; (b) The fence and <br />landscaping noted in Requirement No. 6; (c) Landscaping albng <br />Evergreen Way and around all trailer units located adjacent to Evergreen <br />Way. <br />2. The owner of the property is required to sign a Local Improvement <br />Disuict Covenant for street improvements on Evergreen Way. <br />3. Drainage calculations are required as noted in mitigation Number 3. <br />4. Plans for the l0-15 parking stalls and 18 ft. driveway, noted in <br />Req�iirements /�8 and /�9, must be submitted to the Public Works <br />Department, a permit for this work taken out, and construction begun as <br />soon as possible. <br />1'he items noted here are only a partial listing of those stated in the <br />Determuration of Non-Significance and are only meant as a guideline to <br />eliminate the problems created by beginning operaticns before all the <br />requiremenu of S.E.P.A. �118-84 are fulfilled. <br />We reque;t that you get in touch with our office by March 25, 1985, in an effort <br />to bring y_;u site into compliance with the Determination of Non-Significance. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALFRED R.
